How to order?

Navigate in our store and add your soaps into the basket. You can also send your order via email and we will take care of the rest. We strongly encourage you have a look at all details in the Ordering page.

How to pay for an order?

Once you are done with shopping, you will be redirected to the Paypal payment platform so you can safely use your credit cart. We also accept checks.

Do I need to sign up for a Paypal account?

Not at all. You can easily use Paypal without signing up.

Is your payment gateway safe?

Yes, because it is not ours. This important part of our website is handled by professionals in that matter. Your credit cart data's are encrypted before they are sent to Paypal and nobody can access them. Technically speaking, Paypal uses an encryption standard called SSL 128. What are the delays once I place my order?

If you have placed your order before 6:00 pm eastern time, we usually ship your parcel the following day. If you order have been placed during a week-end, we will then ship your parcel on Monday.

How do I know when my soaps are shipped?

As soon as a parcel is shipped, we will send a Canada Post tracking number to your email address.

Selling soaps without any packaging isn't a lack of hygiene ?

Our page Spare me! is telling why most of Marseille soaps (and us) can't stand packaging. If it reassures you, rinse your soaps as you will do with an apple bought at the grocery store, even if cleaning a cleaning product seems a little strange ...

Aren't your soaps too big?

Yes. Some Marseille cube soaps might seem too big to be used easily but it is also very easy to cut them. For the records, Marseille soaps used to be sold in big blocks of 30 or 50 Kg ! Washer women back then just cut pieces right from the block.

Where are your soaps come from?

Our Marseille soaps are handcrafted in Marseille, France. We personally pick them up in the last soap factories known for respecting the genuine manufacturing process unique to this soap.

Why don't you have a shop on the street?

Our goal is to distribute Marseille soaps at the lowest possible price, so the Internet is the most effective way to achieve this goal. Prices of our soaps would be a lot higher if we had to distribute them from a street store. In the same time, thanks to our website, we can easily reach customers all over Canada. No jealously!

I have ordered some classic olive oil cubes but they are not green.
