How to order Marseille soaps
Navigate through our online store and add soaps in your cart. You can check at any time the content of your cart by clicking on View my cart. You can even change quantities directly into the shopping cart and check the total price including shipping.
Quebec residents : The sale tax shown in the shopping cart represent the combine value of GST+QST. The two sale taxes will be shown separately in your official invoice (sent with the email containing your Canada post tracking number).
Shipping fees and delays
Shipping is free if your Marseille soap order reaches 75 $ before sale tax and after eventual rebates.
Processing, handling and shipping costs for an order not reaching 75 $ :
- Quebec and Ontario : 10 $.
- All other provinces : 15 $.
- Residents of the territories : please contact us before placing an order.
Processing time :
Usually do not exceed 1 working day. If you pay by check, we have to receive it before we can proceed your order.
Shipping delays :
Between 2 and 8 working days (13 days for remote areas) depending on the address of delivery. You can check out shipping delays more precisely on the Canada Post website. Our postal code is J4R 1W5.
Payment methods when using the shopping cart
Credit cart payment : After you are done with entering your shipping information's, the shopping cart will redirect you to the Paypal's payment getaway so you can safely use your credit cart*.
Payment by check : Print the receipt sent to your email address and send it to us along with your check at the order of Au savon de Marseille. Your order will be proceed as soon as we receive your check.

Once a parcel is shipped, we always send a detailed invoice and provide a tracking number from Canada post as well.
